Introducing Robert K Dornaus III
Robert K Dornaus III, is our Lead Stage Director with Solano Youth Theatre. He is no stranger to the Conservatory, having performed and instructed with us in the past.
Mr. Dornaus has always been an avid lover of art and music. He studied singing at Chapman University and Chicago College of Performing Arts, acting and modern dance in New York at SUNY Purchase.
Most recently he has mentored under Jim Jarrett through the Meisner Technique School of Acting in San Francisco.
He has performed all over the Bay Area. Some of his favorite credits include: Mark in the North Bay premier of "RENT," Fabrizio in the East Bay premier of "The Light in the Piazza," Jaime in the Northbay Premier of "The Last Five Years," Anthony Hope in "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street," Algernon in "The Importance of Being Earnest," and Henrik in "A Little Night Music."
