Online Re-enrollment Delayed to May 11
Each spring we provide currently enrolled SMC and MM students with the opportunity to experience priority when they re-enroll for music lessons and classes for the upcoming year.
Priority means you receive reduced costs and first come first serve scheduling.
Our programing schedule was delayed by one week. Parents may now begin to register on the Parent Portal with their names, contact information, and childrens names. This is the first step in the enrollment process.
On May 11, parents will be able to enroll their children in specific classes.
Enrollment, however, will not be complete until parents attend the mandatory Parent Orintation where they will pay their Registration Fee and Capacity Fee.
Parents will recieve notice via emal of the Mandatory Returning Parent Orientation meeting.
We are very excited to announce our registration process and information distribution will now be powered by a relational data system that has been written and customized for YACM.
Our Director of Development, Kevin Phillips, has partnered YACM with Michaels, Ross & Cole, LTD, (MRC) a Chicago based software company who has agreed to write and service our database as a pro – bono commitment to supporting YACM in Solano County.
Tyler Wassell, a Program Manage at MRC has been working closely with Mr. Phillips to create a much better parent experience. You will receive more details on this new and easier process in the coming weeks.
Review of accounts underway
Our operations department will be reviewing all student accounts this month to ensure each one is up to date. Every dollar counts toward ensuring the Conservatory is equipped to fund meaningful opportunities in music for your children.
If your account is past due, we will be contacting you to reconcile the account. All accounts must be brought up to date before returning students will be able to re-enroll for lessons or classes next year.
