Welcoming New Strings Teaching Artist, Caitlin Cribbs to Solano Music Conservatory

YACM is excited to welcome Caitlin Cribbs to our falculty of Teaching Artists in the School of Strings.
Ms. Cribbs earned a M.M. in Viola Performance and Literature form Eastman School of Music at University of Rochester. Her undergraduate education was finished at University of North Texas where she minored in music theory and earned piano proficiency.
Ms. Cribbs is certified in the Suzuki Method and also instructs group strings.
Notable performances include Mise En Music Festival 2014 ,International Baroque Institute at Longy Faculty Concert 2013, Baroque Performance Institute at Oberlin Faculty Concert 2012, 2013 Boston Early Music Festival Opera, 2011Eastman Collegium Opera, Concert-master 2011.
Ms. Cribb's goal as an experienced Teaching Artist is to combine her training and education with her genuine passion for teaching music to provide an enthusiastic and nurturing teaching environment for any student.
Along with She teaching private violin and viola lessons here, she has been working in our Music Matters Division serving public school students, and is currently providing sectional training for the charter members of YACM’s Solano Junior Strings.
