Open Enrollment Begins

With June comes we open enrollment to the genral public for the Solano Music Conservatory and Music Matters.

This year we have developed on online registration and enrollment process.

The goal is to make it easier for parents to recieve information the need to optimize their child's music education.

To enroll parents surf to the www.yacmusic..org, YACM's home on the internet. On uppoer right hand side of every webpage, uses can find a button titled "Parent Portal".

First time users of the new online process must register as a new parent. They create a username and a password -- a standard practice well-familiar to users of the internet.

The process is straight forward. Anyone needing help is welcome to call our Registrar, Kara Lugo at 707-541-7200.

With open enrollment, our tuition increases to $1650 for private instruction. This is a modest increase over last year's fee. As most parents know, the cost of truition does not cover the cost of their child's YACM experience. Even with the tuition increase, we have a goal of raising $80,000 in additional revenue through grants and donations from individuals and businesses.

In consideration for member of the YACM community who have not yet taken advantage of the opportunity to enroll during the priority reenrollment period, we have extended the renrollment tuition rate until June 4.

We encourage YACM families who have not yet registered for the upcoming season to do so now to avoid an increase in their tuition costs. We have sent an email to all YACM families who have not yet enrolled encouraging them to take advantage to the special grace period.
